Comox Valley Head Injury Society

Registered charity supporting adult acquired brain injury survivors and their families and caregivers in the Comox Valley. Programs include health and wellness activities (yoga, mindfulness, art and music), case management, housing advocacy, housing subsidies and emergency payments, grocery gift cards, and a weekly healthy lunch program. Also offers educational workshops on understanding and living with brain injury, plus prevention efforts — providing free helmets and bike lights to the community.
