Who Qualifies
You may be eligible if you:
- Are a Canadian resident
- Filed your tax return
- Have an adjusted family net income under $90,000
- Do not have access to dental insurance (including through a spouse or parent)
DTC connection:If you have the Disability Tax Credit, you likely qualify for the CDCP. Many people with disabilities don't have employer dental coverage, making this program especially relevant.

How to Apply
- Check eligibility: Confirm your family income is under $90,000 and you don't have dental insurance
- Apply online: Through the Government of Canada website or by calling 1-833-537-4342
- Receive your Sun Life card: Once approved, you'll get a member card
- Find a provider: Use the Sun Life provider search to find a dentist who accepts CDCP
