A Good Transition — Compassionate Corner

Grief, death and dying support for the intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) community and their families. Services include grief and loss support, end-of-life planning, virtual end-of-life doula care, and the Compassionate Corner peer grief support program, which trains people with IDD to be grief advocates for their peers. Serves rural Alberta, including people in assisted living and at home. Delivered by a Certified Creative Grief Practitioner and End of Life Doula.
